The author of many works, frequently quoted both by characters and in the chapter-opening passages. Given the wide range in eras his works cover, he is either a very old character or has some exceptionally good sources.
Fisher appears to be a well-known author among the general population, he is freely quoted by members of the 2nd Army command in GotM. Though they give the second name as "Keltath," a single word.
