Please do not edit this page - use The Deck of Dragons page to enter information about the Houses and Cards.
This page outlines the possible new cards for the deck to create a working field, with permissions from Cam and SE.
OK, to start, I have a revised list of cards, including all those revealed/created in BH, plus a few I've added. Unless Cam has changed his mind, these additions have been approved...except for Company of Shadow, haven't talked with him in a while, but I'm fairly certain he'll be all right with it :)

I think it is error to assume that every person assigned a card in Fiddler's reading in Letheras has somehow assumed that role in the Deck of Dragons. For example, the Queen of High House Dark was drawn to Sandolath, but we know from later events that the card was actually indicating the return of Mother Dark, who is certainly not Sandolath.
I just think it's a stretch to assume that the placing of the card means that the person actually filled the role. I think it was rather a sort of magnetic attraction to the qualities the people possessed.

The person assigned the card assumes the role for a period for whatever reason - it doesn't necessarily mean that they are "Queen of High House Dark" or even "Magus of High House Dark" .

A person corellating to a card in a Deck reading (or one of Fiddler's games) is not equivalent to that person holding that particular position or title within the actual High House.
Deck readings just use the pantheonic titles to showcase different types of personalities and actions, and uses them to convey and predict the actions of the people in the writing.

This is getting a bit explosive and ambiguous. Why don't we have one page for listing and detailing all the card reading, and one page for listing and detailing the actual positions in the pantheon??

I recommend a page detailing the ascendants (or mortals) who actually fill the positions and a separate page for roles in various readings. Saying a person is a member of a house because they are assigned a card in a reading is inconsistent with the frame work laid out for us.

This page should simply hold the card positions - each one a link to their own page. Each page shows who has held that position. But not this page. This page was created for another purpose. If you want to edit the Deck of Dragons - use the Decl of Dragons page and not this one. Thank you.

I confess I have no idea what this page was ever made for and/or what the "Deck of Dragons Project" is. Eloth seems to know so I'm leaving it to them!

I edited the King of High House Life page & designation on this page as a sample for reformatting the rest of the page.

The Deck of Dragons page now has a brief description of the Deck, a listing of all the cards and a (incomplete) listing of all the Deck reading. I suggest the more in-depth information such as who was correlated to what card during a Deck reading to go into the pages for the readings and the cards themselves. That'd also be a good place for info like when the card first appeared if its a newer one, etc.
The individual title pages can alo be used for information on the actual pantheonic position, so it may be wise to divide them into two sections ("In the pantheon" and "In the Deck of Dragons").
Then this page can go back to whatever the Deck of Dragons Project is supposed to be (maybe someone who knows should add a little paragraph at the top explaining it?)
